In continuation of Admiralty letter M.0852/29

the 3rd July, I am commanded by My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to acquaint you, for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, that the Commodore, Hong Kong, has reported that the Colonial Government now propose to lay the pipe line five (5) feet above the harbour bed between the following points 330 feet 064 degrees from Queen's Buildings Cupola and 1110 feet 224 degrees from Blackhead Hill Light crossing Nos.9, 8 and 4 moorings; and Their Lordships have approved the alterations to these. moorings necessitated by this decision.

The original enclosures to your letter of the 22nd March last (62816/29) are returned herewith as requested.
